Content
This unit explores the challenges and opportunities of engaging with Asian contexts, with a focus on East and South-East Asian countries. The unit examines how language, communication styles, and cultural contexts influence professional interactions, including workplace communication, business negotiation, and cross-cultural engagement. Drawing on authentic materials and case studies, students develop practical skills in interpreting meaning, adapting communication strategies, and managing intercultural communication in professional settings, preparing them for work in business, trade, and regional collaboration.
