Content
The aim of this unit is to extend students' theoretical knowledge and application of pedagogical models in coaching. Students will learn how to plan, deliver, and evaluate contextual coaching sessions. Further, students will observe and take part in coaching sessions led by a variety of coaches on campus. The use of reflective practice will guide student's understanding and application of effective coaching.
