In-person attendance requirements: | Students are required to attend either the Melbourne (Burwood) or Geelong (Waurn Ponds) campus during their scheduled week 11 Practical Laboratory to complete Assessment task 2: MCQ and Short Answer Test, and the End of Unit Assessment period to complete Assessment task 3: Practical examination. |

Content
This unit examines the foundational theory and practice of exercise assessment, prescription, and delivery in a health and fitness context. Students will learn the role of an Exercise Scientist in preparing for and delivering aerobic, resistance, and flexibility exercise, and apply this knowledge into practice.
