Content
This unit examines the legislative, social, professional and economic parameters required in establishing and managing a construction firm. Students will investigate various innovative construction management approaches throughout the life cycle of a business. The focus will be on the management of a construction firm at a corporate level with topics such as ethics, strategy, finance, risks, negotiations and decision making.
