Content
This unit introduces students to potential security threats, vulnerabilities and attacks in Internet of Things (IoT) systems. Students will learn about the underlying principles that govern IoT security and privacy, including cryptographic techniques, laws and principles that protect against the misuse of IoT technologies. Students will apply state-of-the-art security analysis tools to pinpoint flaws and bugs in system designs and system implementation. Throughout this unit, students will learn about effective security mitigation strategies for developing secure IoT applications.
