Content
Project implementation (or project execution) is the phase where visions and plans become reality. In this unit, you will implement and evaluate the planned project proposal from the previous unit SEN719 or SEN710. Implementation simply means carrying out the activities described in your project plan. Independent of the nature of the project, there is a certain process that needs to be followed during implementation. Project implementation requires the coordination of a wide range of activities, oversight of team activities, management of resources, and regular communication to resolve technical and interpersonal challenges. You will work closely with your academic/industry supervisors to make decisions and resolve challenges. In regular meetings with project stakeholders, you will integrate engineering and professional skills for practice. You will participate in evaluating your project work by identifying and stipulating evaluation criteria and present project outcomes to peers, project supervisor and other external stakeholders.| ULO | These are the Learning Outcomes (ULO) for this unit.
