Content
The unit provides students with the knowledge and skills to apply different the frameworks for developing talent within organisations. The unit takes a theoretical and practical approach to human resource development in order to improve organisational performance at the organisational level through to the individual level of development. To do this, students will be introduced and will critically examine the functions of: organisational development, career development and training and development. Students will learn valuable and practical skills to enhance the human resource development function in their organisations, with a particular focus on talent management, knowledge management and diversity management.
