Content
This unit covers a wide range of corporate policies and decisions, including how firms make investment and financing decisions; how firms choose from positive net present value projects; how firms raise funds from various sources; the trade-off between debt and equity financing; corporate payout policies; mergers and acquisitions; corporate restructurings; and various corporate governance issues.
